To reset your password, click the "Reset My Password" button below:
- You will be asked to use the additional security factors that you provided the first time you signed in.
- After providing your security factors, you will be asked to provide a new password (to be used to log in in future).
- You will then be granted access to your QuickSuper facility.
Ask your Client Administrator to unlock/reset your password
If you are unsure who your Client Administrator is, please contact the person who set you up with a QuickSuper account.
Your client administrator should:
- Sign-in to QuickSuper
- Click 'Administration'
- Click 'Users'
- Select your user
- Click 'Reset Password'
Your administrator will then be able to provide your password via your preferred medium.
